✔️ Warranty covers Repair!!! And Not Replacement!!!

(Even though the Product was purchased recently)

✔️The liability of physical goods purchased from our Store in respect to Warranty is strictly the responsibility of the

Manufacturer (Brand) of such goods.

✔️ Koshar will only be an intermediary between the Manufacturer (Brand) and Consumer

✔️ Warranty is offered by Manufacturer (Brand) and not from Koshar.

✔️  Koshar shall assist to Follow Up with the Manufacturer Customer (Brand) for After Sales Support and provide feedback to the customer.

Power Surge Protection has to be used in order to safe guard the Product agains

Example: Stabiliser, Fridge Guard, AVS/AC Guard, TV Guard

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

Broken Screen/ Power Surge/ Physical Damage/ incorrect Installation

NOTE:

Manufacturer (Brand) requires 48hours-72hours to attend to any

✔Invoice copy of the faulty product has to be submitted at time of registering the Complaint

  • Mobile Phone Accessories/ Bluetooth Speakers
  • Cooking Utensils, Pots and Pans
  • Ironing Boards/ Hangers/ Ladders
